There is a reason why this place has only 2 stars. I went there for a doctor’s visit 2 weeks ago for my son, used the kiosk to register and at checkout the kiosk errored 3 times while making payment. I went to the customer service desk to finalize the registration and payment, the kiosk however charged 3 additional times. I informed them and they required bank statements to be presented and then the refunds will be processed. This place is 20 minutes away to drive, so i called their online service, emailed them the bank statements and the representative still hasn’t refunded the money writing that this will be forwarded to their billing department. It’s been 2 weeks, i called them again and another representative took the matter in hands, agreeing that it’s unprofessional and it’s too long of a wait, she filed it as a complaint to their billing department and to rush the process. I went to the office again to ask for the refund since it’s in their system, they didn’t process it because i didn’t bring printed bank statements, although it has been sent to them via email and i could send it to their email address again if needed, they refused… i am disappointed with their way of doing

If I could give this Evara negative three stars, I would. My kid's dental appointment has been scheduled for nearly two months because it was already so difficult to get in and seen. The whole appointment really needed to be seen sooner, but September was the earliest appointment available. Today, the office called to cancel the appointment because the dentist will not be there. Their only solution was to push the re-scheduled appointment all the way back to October 20—making my child wait another full month because of a scheduling issue on their end. I understand that unexpected changes happen, but it is completely unacceptable to cancel a child’s long-awaited appointment and simply move them to the back of the line. “We’re so sorry” does not fix the fact that my child needing dental care is now being delayed even longer. They should be accommodating the patients they cancel, not making them start the waiting process all over again.

Took my friend here for her doctor's appointment. The office is nice and clean. The staff is kind, helpful, informative and professional. My friend said her visit and care were great. Thank you!

Pediatric doctor Gilbert Elvambuena is fantastic! I ended up here with an insurance issue out of the hospital with my infant, planned on changing over to North Pinellas Pediatrics, where my daughter went (who are amazing) and I just could not switch my son. She is a really great pediatrician and the staff that supports her are as well. Do I like coming all the way to Clearwater or being at a “clinic”.. no.. Do I wish she would join the other practice lol.. yes.. but I would not risk losing this type of relationship with a doctor when it comes to the care of my son. Always responsive on MyChart, always on top of care in person.

Half a star really! Having to play the transfer and hold game to more than 5 different departments/representatives just to make a prescription payment!!!! On hold again today just trying to make a payment so my med can be sent. I can't wait for insulin!!! It finally said to leave a message and couldn't leave one before it hangs up the call!!!! Do not recommend this kind of patient care is not acceptable!
